A guesthouse in Hida-Takayama, Gifu, is hiring working holiday staff member!!

About 80% of our guests are international travelers, providing a highly global environment where you can use your English and immerse yourself in Japanese culture.

Main tasks include front desk operations such as check-in and reservations, with no night shifts.
Next spring, a new café inspired by Melbourne’s coffee culture will open, and you can also support its preparation and team activities!!

仕事内容

・Front desk duties (check-in / check-out)
・Reservation management and guest communication (email, chat)
・Guest transportation (valid international or Japanese driver’s license required)
・Light facility support and housekeeping assistance
・Assist during busy seasons to support the team
・Help with preparation for the new café opening
・Daily communication with multinational staff and guests in English
・Basic Japanese communication with colleagues and guests (learning encouraged)

【Requirements】
Native English speaker
Valid international or Japanese driver’s license (AT accepted)
Working Holiday Visa valid for at least 6 months (preferably 1 year)
Interest in Japanese culture, eagerness to learn, and team spirit

英語ネイティブスピーカー
有効な運転免許（国際免許または日本免許）
ワーキングホリデービザの残存期間6ヶ月以上（できれば1年）
日本文化への関心、学習意欲、チームワーク

JLPT N3–N4 level Japanese ability
