Join a fast-growing team—new store opening path and manager-track training provided

This is a full-time role at a popular sightseeing-destination restaurant where around 90% of guests are international visitors. You’ll use English in real situations every day while sharing Japanese food culture with people from all over the world.

Work locations are Hida Takayama (Gifu) and Fuji Kawaguchiko (Yamanashi)—two of Japan’s most visited travel areas. You’ll start by learning service and kitchen basics through OJT, then grow toward store manager / restaurant management, new store launches, and even overseas opportunities.

    ■Role Overview

    Work in a high-inbound environment (tourist destination restaurants) where you can use English in real customer interactions while delivering Japanese food culture to guests from around the world. After building your foundation, you can progress toward roles such as Shift Leader / Store Manager / Area Manager, and you may also have opportunities to join new store launches.


    ■Responsibilities (Operations + Management Track)

    Frontline Operations (Starting Phase)
    ・Guest service (greeting, seating, taking orders, serving)
    ・Communication with international guests in English
    ・Kitchen support (prep, simple cooking tasks, plating support)
    ・Cashier and payment handling
    ・Hygiene and safety standards, daily store operations

    Management / Leadership (Growth Phase)
    ・Supporting sales and basic cost control (daily reports, performance tracking)
    ・Improving store operations (workflow, quality control, service standards)
    ・Team coordination and staff training support
    ・Enhancing the inbound guest experience (service design, communication flow)
    ・Supporting initiatives for customer satisfaction (feedback/review improvement)
    ・Participating in new store openings and store-building projects

  • 給与

    月給:300,390円~
  • 給与詳細

    ■Monthly salary:
    ¥300,390 – ¥450,390

    ■Breakdown:
    Base salary: ¥250,000 – ¥400,000
    Fixed overtime allowance: ¥50,390 (includes 30 hours/month)
    Overtime exceeding 30 hours is paid additionally.

    ■Bonus:
    Twice a year (track record: total approx. 2 months/year)

    ■Trial period:
    3 months (no change in conditions)

    ■Estimated annual income (incl. bonus)
    Year 1: from ¥4.10M
    Manager candidate: from ¥4.60M
    Store manager: from ¥4.90M

    You will be working in one of Japan’s most popular tourist destinations for international visitors: Hida Takayama or Fuji Kawaguchiko.

    1) Hida Takayama Area (Gifu Prefecture)
    ・A new restaurant opening in March 2026 (robatayaki & okonomiyaki style)
    ・Additional new store openings are planned in the Takayama area

    2) Fuji Kawaguchiko Area (Yamanashi Prefecture)
    ・Fuji Tempura “Idaten”
    ・Seafood Houtou Specialty Restaurant “Houtou Laboratory”

    ◎Assignment◎
    ・You will be assigned to one of the above areas
    ・Your preferred location will be discussed during the application process
    ・Final placement will be decided through the interview process

    Holder of Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services (技術・人文知識・国際業務) or similar work-authorized status
    Holder of Specified Skilled Worker (Food Service)(特定技能・外食業)

    ◎Language Requirement◎
    Japanese: Conversational level (daily communication at work)
    English: You will use English daily; beginner to intermediate level is acceptable
