株式会社TGK is a fast-growing Omurice-focused restaurant group (around 15 stores in Tokyo). Some locations serve a customer base that is roughly 70% international guests, so you can use English on the job while building a career in Japan’s restaurant industry.

Many foreign staff are already working and succeeding in our team, especially those with a Specified Skilled Worker visa (外食・特定技能).

    This is an all-rounder position where you will be involved in both kitchen and front-of-house operations.

    ・Cooking (Omurice preparation)
    ・Food preparation (仕込み)
    ・Cleaning and maintaining hygiene
    ・Customer service (hall service)
    ・Cash register support

    Salary & Benefits

    ▼Monthly Salary
    JPY 282,000 – 470,000
    Salary will be determined based on your experience and skills.

    ▼Salary Breakdown
    Base Salary: from JPY 230,000
    Fixed Overtime Allowance: JPY 52,000 – 109,000
    (includes 25–45 hours of overtime per month)

    Overtime beyond the above hours will be paid separately in accordance with Japanese labor law.

    ▼Annual Salary Examples
    JPY 3.8 million|Staff (Monthly: JPY 290,000 + bonus twice a year)
    JPY 4.2 million|Assistant Manager (Monthly: JPY 320,000 + bonus twice a year)
    JPY 5.1 million|Store Manager (Monthly: JPY 390,000 + bonus twice a year)
    JPY 6.6 million|Area Manager (Monthly: JPY 510,000 + bonus twice a year)

    ▼Salary Increase & Bonus
    Salary Increase: 4 times per year (April / July / October / January)
    Bonus: Twice per year (June / December, performance-based)

    Bonus is calculated based on a performance evaluation period.
    (Example: June bonus is based on performance from October to March)

    ■Shift-based schedule between 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM

    8 hours regular work + 1 hour break

    Any work beyond 8 hours per day is considered overtime and will be paid according to Japanese labor la

    As the company is in a strong growth phase with frequent new store openings, transfers may occur depending on business needs.

    These transfers often happen:

    ・When opening new stores
    ・When taking on new roles or responsibilities

    For management-level positions, transfers may occur approximately every 2 years, and in some cases, as early as 1 year, depending on performance and company needs.

    Must hold a Specified Skilled Worker visa (外食・特定技能)
    Japanese level: JLPT N3 or above (daily conversation level)

    Experience as a team leader (e.g. leading part-time staff or training juniors)
    Experience working with sales or cost awareness
    Overseas experience (working holiday, studying abroad, etc.)
    Experience in customer service for international guests or using English
    Interest in working overseas in the future
